In 201 the owners of Unleaveaned Fresh Kitchen had their eyes set upon a corner site in a prime location of Snider Plaza in University Park, TX. DELINEATOR worked closely with friends and architects, Mitchell Garman to achieve a welcoming and inviting landscape that complemented their architectural renovation, while improving the public realm connectivity of the existing challenging corner. The goal was to create a modern landscape that was safe and accessible entry point into the restaurant while taking advantage of the existing live oaks to create a comfortable outdoor dining area. DELIENATOR worked closely with the client to maximize their budget to create an outdoor space that would give their restaurant location a unique presence in Snider Plaza and transform an underutilized and unique outdoor space.
